Lifestyle change 1

Whoops, I haven't written in a while, how did that happen! I've just been so busy with this new lifestyle change that I haven't been much online. ^_^

I've been on this new diet now for 12 days and have lost 4 kg's (8 pounds). And it has not been as difficult as I thought it would be. As my friend Elli(2 =P) ♥ adviced me, I didn't leave all my favourite sweet things out of my diet, I just eat a lot less of them than before, about twice a week, a little ice-cream or a cup of latte. ^_^

And the mental change has been so big that I cannot even think about returning to the old way of living. I mean, I  sleep just as much as before, but while I'm awake, I feel more awake than before. I have much more energy to do thing than before. I've already changed the order of my furniture, as I told before, but I've also done the dishes regularly, which I almost never had the energy to do. I've cleaned my cabinets, hoovered and dusted the place, took a lot of old stuff to the garbage, things that have been laying around the whole summer... and so on.

I read a lot. And what's AWESOME, I've started to draw almost daily again! Which of course makes me so sooo happy! I've been walking 1,5 hours every day, but instead of feeling tired afterwards, I feel like I have gotten more energy. It's so strange and so much fun! Next week is gonna be a test though: I got my period so I probably cannot exercise as much because of the stomach ache and I crave for chocolate the whole time. But I'm gonna fight through it. Step by step, day by day. And I am allowed to spoil myself once in a while, so I don't have a panic about it. XD

I've also visited the unemployment office's rehabilitation office Lyhty and I might get to go on a course this fall. It's a course for depressed and anxious people who also get nervous about things... so it would be peeerfect for me. ^____^ I have an interview with the teacher on wednesday next week and get the results if I can go to the class, eee, I so wish I can! There's gonna be 7 other people there and it's gonna last until December, twice a week for 4 hours. YAY! =D

So... all in all, I am feeling very positive!
Ah, I need to take some fall photos, I haven't posted any new photos in a long while. ^_^
Here's a little something =P
Loved the last Harry Potter movie, loooved! ;D

New ways

It's the second day of my new diet and exercise plan. It doesn't seem so difficult, but then again, I just started. I'm sure there are some difficult days ahead. I quit eating anything unhealthy (candy, ice-cream, chocolate, chips, fast food, cookies...). I check the calories, fat and sugar from everything I eat and I have "feeding times" when I have to eat.

And I've been exercising a lot too. I walk 1,5 hours every day, plus little walks around the city. At night I lift weights and stretch. This morning I woke up with so much energy I felt like I could run! Teehee ^___^ I visited the social-office and came home and started to organize my furniture. Now I have a whole new order here, where I don't have to sit on my bed all day. I have a table to sit in front of when I'm on the laptop or when I draw.

After I had organized the furniture, I went for a walk with my mom. We went to the beach and harbor and then to the grocery store. It was a bit of a torture to watch her buy ice-cream and talk about drinking wine tonight when all I get is apples and carrots, but: I'm gonna be fit after this and that's all that matters!

And with this new diet, I don't have to starve. The whole point is, that I don't feel hungry so I don't start munching anything unhealthy outside my meal-time-plan. =D I haven't set a weight where I want to get to, the point of this is to get healthier, drop my blood pressure and have more energy and so far it's working. ^_^ Of course I won't complain if I loose a few pounds doing this, because I know I've gained loads of unnecessary weight during this year. ^_^

Now back to organizing. Since I already started, I decided to re-organize my bookshelves... I have 3 of them, so full of books I have to give some up to make some room for new ones. XD
Today I feel excellent. ^___^

Oh and here's something new:
My firespirit Yvain. ^___^

We won Darth Vader!

We had my friend Dino's birthday/housewarming party last weekend. It was Star Wars themed and we had a photoshoot. I acted as the photographer... because that's what I always end up doing. :S I also photoshopped the imaged to look "natural"... since we were in another planet. ;P

Dino's doggie Yuki. ^_^
Our Sith-birthday-cake, yum yum yum!
And then we moved out to take photos. Here's Umi, she had this goorgeous cloak! :D
Myunfelia with her awesome facepaint and light saber. Ready to attack!
Almost the whole gang. Yuki was starting to act rebellious!
And Lari got a lightsaber through his ribcage, owww! XD
(Though he doesn't seem that bothered about it)
Attack! Umi using her powers against Dino.
Me and Umi... using our powers, LOL! XD
Spinning around and around and around and around. XD
Power fight, fight fight! Muahahahahaaa!
Then we walked through this forest to a cliff where we continued our photoshoot. The view was quite wonderful, especially since it was just the time of the sunset. ^_^
Umi showing off her fighting skills, Ktiraam behind her watching.
Ktiraam admiring the wonderful view. ^__^
Sith Dino, our great leader! ;D
A fight between Sith Dino and Myunfelia.
Sith Dino was victorious!
I so like how this photo turned out! :D
Ktiraam fights Sith Dino and Sith Umi!
When we started back to Dino's place, the sun had already set and it was really dark. Especially in the forest where we walked behind each other, our only light coming from two lightsabers. It was quite an adventure on it's own. And when we finally arrived to Dino's place, a fireworks show started right next to her house, it was sooo cool! =D

~ That's it for now, more next time. =)

The day after tomorrow I have an appointment with a nutrition councillor to set me a diet to lose some weight. I cannot wait, I want this sooo badly! ^___^

Ah, lovely neighbors.

So, I just got to tell about my neighbors. I didn't just randomly start reminiscing about them, this was brought into mind with a neighbor vomiting loudly down from his upper balcony a few hours ago. Splish splash says vomit as it drips to the ground and on other balconies. I finally made a complaint about him, since this isn't the first time, not even the second. Well, the second time it wasn't vomit falling from the balcony, but fireworks that exploded right outside my balcony.

And the fireworks were just after the Oslo bombing, so everyone was a little on edge and afraid of loud noises, including me. And then having those loud explosions happen right outside the window and that smoke swirling there, ash falling to the balconies, god damnit, I almost had a heart attack! ^^;

But as annoying this neighbor is, he's not the worst I've had! XD
In my last apartment, the girl living right under my apartment, was the worst. She threw helluva loud parties even in the middle of the week and they always lasted until 2-4 am. It was not just the music and people yelling that was bothering me. The walls were so thin there that all my lamps, dishes and other stuff on the tables were shaking and clinking. Try to sleep there then, haha! ^^;
And she had a boyfriend. She was loud at the parties but not only then. She was also loud in bed, so I got to hear it every freaking time when they had sex. Not as hot as you would think. Thank goodness it never lasted for long! XDDD

And then they started to fight. Once it got so bad that the guy was yelling as loud as he could and the girl was screaming back at him. And then "Don't hit me! Don't hit me!"... it was the boyfriend yelling this. The girl screamed more and hit. The boyfriend hit back and the girl screamed louder than ever before, starting to cry.
The boyfriend tried to calm her down but she just screamed and cried until he left.

And once, the girl wasn't home but the boyfriend wanted to get in. He banged the door below, it was the middle of the night so the doorbells were not working. He banged the door, kicked the door and finally broke it. it was a glass door and he hurt himself breaking it. He came to the second floor on an elevator and started to bang on the girls door. One of the neighbors called the police at some point and they came to pick him up. Next morning I left to go to school and the whole hallway was full of blood. The scene in the elevator was like from a horror movie, the mirror was bloody, the buttons were bloody, the walls and the door were smeared with bloody hand prints and the floor had pools of blood on it.

The most hilarious thing about this worst neighbor of mine was, that when I was moving away, (mostly because I got so sick and tired of being awake because of her partying,) she came to complain to me that I was making too much noise, dismantling my furniture. HAHA, the look on my face must have been interesting when I found her behind my door. XD

What's your worst neighbor experience? ;P

Summer 5

So I kind of got things settled with my Viking. ♥ When he came from the Con on Sunday, he called me and came to visit on their way back home. His friends who were on the same car, had to go wait in a pizzeria while my Viking was here... only for half an hour or so, but it was good to see him and know that he still cares enough to want to see me. ^__^ My gods it was good to hold, hug and kiss him again!

He's coming back in about a month. Only a month to go, two have already passed, I can handle this. Then it's fall and he'll be back. ^_^ This whole thing probably wouldn't have felt so horrible if I didn't have the depression and didn't think wayyyyy too much about everything, I got myself into such a panic. Not to mention this months PMS has been horribly strong! :O

I felt like crying the whole last week... and raging. And I've been so freaking tired I've slept 2-3 hours naps every day plus 9-10 hours a night. Yesterday I was up 9 hours and slept the rest. URGH! XD

Today was really really fun! We went to the harbor with mom and my sisters kids and ate ice-cream and chilled there. The kids are really fun to hang out with, they know how to cheer me up. Though at one point we were talking about how time flies and goes past way too fast. And I said to Jenni (11) that it just starts to go faster and faster the older you get, and so she said to me "Well yes, you're almost middle-aged."
I screamed and ran around and the kids seemed to have a lot of fun with my agony. XDDD

When I got home from the harbor, I was so tired again that I slept for 2 hours, again. =P Maybe this tiredness has something to do with my periods, which started today too. Woohoooooo. =P
